Threshold Delivery - Front Door

• Packaged furniture will be delivered to your front door/garage area

Threshold Plus Delivery - Room of Choice

• Packaged furniture will be delivered to the room of your choice 
• Transporting and opening the packaged furniture in the home is the customer’s responsibility

White Glove Delivery - Setup Included

• Delivery to the room of your choice, fully assemble and setup item(s), and remove packaging
• We do not move/remove or dispose of old/used furniture, your room is required to be empty prior to delivery
• We do not install handles, knobs, or shelves

Delivery appointments will be scheduled between 10am – 6pm Tuesday through Saturday. A 3 hour delivery time slot will be provided on the morning of delivery (all delivery times are estimates only, we cannot guarantee any delivery times)

Customer’s signature is required as proof of delivery.

If access is limited or unsafe, delivery personnel has the right to refuse delivery. In this instance please contact us at customerservice@mjmfurniture.com

It is the customer’s responsibility to be present and provide accurate shipping information. Failure to do so will result in additional charges for rescheduling.

Our delivery personnel will inspect for damaged cartons prior to delivery. However, if there happens to be any damage to cartons it must be noted on the proof of delivery slip. Items must be fully inspected once shipment of goods is received. Any damages or defects on item(s) must be reported to customerservice@mjmfurniture.com within 48 hours of receiving delivery. Photos of damaged item(s) are required. 

Delivery Service Areas

MJM Furniture offers Threshold, Threshold Plus, and White Glove delivery service to these areas of Canada: British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick and Nova Scotia. 

Restricted delivery service areas: Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Newfoundland and Labrador, Prince Edward Island

In stock items being delivered outside of British Columbia may take about 7 to 14 business days to arrive once the item has shipped from our warehouse. White Glove and Threshold Plus delivery service are not available in some areas within Canada.

Restricted Delivery Areas

Additional delivery charges will be applicable for delivery service to remote areas outside of main cities and towns. After the order is placed and confirmed, we will contact the customer via phone or email to advise of the extra delivery charges based on distance to nearest major city/town or shipping terminal.

We do not deliver to the postal codes listed below. You may purchase through our website to arrange pickup at our warehouse or request a custom shipping rate. 

Customer Pickups

Pickup of your furniture purchase is available at our Surrey, BC distribution centre. Customer pickup hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 10am to 5pm. Once your order is confirmed in stock at our warehouse, we will contact you to arrange a pickup date.
