Threshold Delivery
  • Delivery personnel will place the unopened furniture at your front door or driveway/garage area.
  • Transporting these unopened items in the home is the customer’s responsibility. Once items are delivered to the shipping address you provided, title and risk of loss of the products will pass on to you.
Threshold Plus Delivery - Room of Choice
  • Delivery personnel will place the unopened furniture in the room of your choice.
  • Transporting these unopened items in the home is the customer’s responsibility. Once items are delivered to the shipping address you provided, title and risk of loss of the products will pass on to you. 
    White Glove Delivery - Setup Included
    • White Glove Service will deliver to the room of your choice, fully assemble and setup item(s), and remove packaging.
    • Delivery does not include moving/removal or disposal of old/used furniture (your room is required to be empty prior to delivery).
    • Delivery personnel do not install handles, knobs, or shelves.
    Curbside Delivery
    • Boxed furniture will be dropped at your curb or driveway area.

    • Delivery appointments will be scheduled between 10am – 5pm Tuesday through Saturday. A 3 hour delivery time slot will be provided on the morning of delivery (all delivery times are estimates only, we cannot guarantee any delivery times)
    • Customer’s signature is required as proof of delivery.
    • If access is limited or unsafe, delivery personnel has the right to refuse delivery. In this instance please contact us at customerservice@mjmfurniture.com
    • It is the customer’s responsibility to be present and provide accurate shipping information. Failure to do so will result in additional charges for rescheduling.

    • Our delivery personnel will inspect for damaged cartons prior to delivery. However, if there happens to be any damage to cartons it must be noted on the proof of delivery slip. Items must be fully inspected once shipment of goods is received. Any damages or defects on item(s) must be reported to customerservice@mjmfurniture.com within 48 hours of receiving delivery. Photos of damaged item(s) are required. 

      DELIVERY SERVICE AREAS

      MJM Furniture offers threshold, threshold plus, and white glove delivery service to: British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, and Quebec. We do not currently deliver to the United States.

      In stock items being delivered outside of British Columbia may take about 7 to 21 business days to arrive to your home after the item has shipped from our warehouse. White glove and threshold plus delivery service may not be available in all areas within Canada. Additional delivery charges are applicable for delivery service to remote areas outside of main cities and towns. Delivery time frame for remote areas may be longer than 21 business days.

      CUSTOMER PICKUPS

      Customer pickup of your furniture is available at our Surrey, BC distribution centre. Customer pickup hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 10am to 5pm. Once your order is placed and stock is confirmed at our warehouse, we will contact you to arrange a pickup date at our warehouse. MJM Furniture Distribution Centre Address: 8041 132 Street, Surrey, BC.
