Q: What does white glove delivery service include ?
A: Furniture is brought into your home and fully setup in the room of your choice. All debris and packaging materials will be removed from the home. Delivery does not include removal or disposal of old/used furniture. Delivery personnel do not install handles, knobs, or shelves.
Q: Do you deliver to the United States ?
A: We do not currently offer shipping to any US addresses. US customers may purchase from our website, but arrange their own shipping and pickup of the furniture at our warehouse.
Q: I have not received my order yet. How do I track my shipment?

Q: Can you remove my old furniture ?
A: We do not move or remove any old furniture or mattresses from your home under any circumstances. Customers are required to have an empty room when the delivery men arrive to drop off your new furniture purchase.

A: All warranties are covered by the manufacturer. Warranty for all our products is for 1 year only.
Q: Why are there variations in texture and finish on my wood, leather or marble furniture?
A: These are natural characteristics of wood and marble. Each piece of furniture has different patterns resulting in each product being unique. Wood items could have different features on the surface such as distressing, wormholes, rub through wood surface.

Q: What is Leather & Match ?
A: Leather & Match on our website products refers to upholstery which is genuine leather on the main parts (seat cushions, back cushions, and arms). Match upholstery (PVC or polyurethane) is usually used on the remaining parts such as the side panels and back panels of the item.
Q: What is the meaning for LHF or RHF on sectional products on your website ?
A: LHF stands for left hand facing and RHF stands for right hand facing. These terms refer to the sectional when you are standing in front of the sectional facing towards it.
Q: Why are the seats on my new sofa or sectional so firm ?
A: All foam seat cushions take time to break in. Any piece of new foam will always be a little firmer when you first receive the item, as this is brand new foam which has never been used before.
