The Guardsman Gold Complete Plus Furniture Protection Plan lets you Furnish Fearlessly, knowing that expert Guardsman technicians can remove accidental stains and restore your furniture to a look you'll love a long, long time.
The Plan offers five years of protection against accidental damage, including stains, gouges, tears, burns, water marks, animal damage on indoor furniture, and more.
Any stains and damage issues are time sensitive...so is your plan. You must call Guardsman to report your claim within 30 days of when the stain or damage occurred.
*See the plan terms and conditions for a full explanation of coverages, limitations, and exclusions. Surface scratches on leather are not covered. Only one incident per furniture piece. If you have not received a copy of your protection plan registration within 14 days of your furniture delivery, please call 1-877-584-GOLD (4653). The Guardsman Protection Plan cannot be added after items have already been delivered to your home. The Guardsman Protection Plan is non refundable.
Our delivery personnel will inspect for damaged cartons prior to delivery. However, if there happens to be any damage to cartons it must be noted on the proof of delivery slip. Items must be fully inspected once shipment of goods is received. Any damages or defects on item(s) must be reported to customerservice@mjmfurniture.com within 48 hours of receiving delivery. Photos of damaged item(s) are required.
MJM Furniture offers threshold, threshold plus, and white glove delivery service to most areas of: British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, and Quebec. Please see the restricted delivery area list below for areas we do not deliver to.
In stock items being delivered outside of British Columbia may take about 7 to 21 business days to arrive to your home after the item has shipped from our warehouse. White glove and threshold plus delivery service may not be available in all areas within Canada.
Additional delivery charges will be applicable for delivery service to remote areas outside of main cities and towns. After the order is placed and confirmed, we will contact the customer via phone or email to advise of the extra delivery charges based on distance to nearest major city/town or shipping terminal.

Customer pickup of your furniture is available at our Surrey, BC distribution centre. Customer pickup hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 10am to 5pm. Once your order is placed and stock is confirmed at our warehouse, we will contact you to arrange a pickup date at our warehouse. Delivery service is currently not available to the United States. US customers may arrange their own shipping carrier to pickup at our warehouse. All delivery fees, customs fees, and duties will owed separately to the shipping carrier. Any damages to the furniture is also the responsibility of the customer and carrier. All items are fully inspected and repacked in good condition at our warehouse before the item is picked up.
