While the wait period for delivery was long, but shorter than the tentative latest date, the rest of the process went as promised. The white-glove delivery was spot on as was the trouble free results. The quality and color of the leather are perfect. I'm still finding new ways to make an endless stream of adjustments to the various aspects of recline. The support and the zero-gravity position was everything I had hope for. Bravo!

We had shopped around various chain stores looking for higher quality motion furniture, all we found was very similar looking furniture with little style. We found Hydeline on line and had purchased furniture before from NC with success. I ordered a sample and my wife and I both agreed it was the color we wanted, but were unsure about how comfortable it would be. Then I looked more at the construction and saw that the cushions were coil based and the motion mechanisms they were using were very good. We ordered on line, and then some issues delayed them getting back to us. Eventually we had the sofa and chair delivered, it was very fast and the white glove service was great. Then we got to sit in it, and we were very happy. The adjustments allow you to fine tune how you want the seats to feel. The leather quality is very good, and dog proof. It doesn't scratch easily and the quality if fantastic. I would highly recommend this sofa and recliner.

Overall we are happy. The sample leather swatch received from Hydeline is very different from the loveseat leather we received. The swatch appears to be a better leather although the loveseat leather is acceptable. After all, it?? just a couch.

We ordered three pieces. The quality is excellent- just described. The live seat was damaged in shipping and they shipped a new unit with no hassle and very timely. I would definitely recommend!
