Our delivery personnel will inspect for damaged cartons prior to delivery. However, if there happens to be any damage to cartons it must be noted on the proof of delivery slip. Items must be fully inspected once shipment of goods is received. Any damages or defects on item(s) must be reported to email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving delivery. Photos of damaged item(s) are required.
MJM Furniture offers threshold, threshold plus, and white glove delivery service to: British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, and Quebec. We do not currently deliver to the United States.
In stock items being delivered outside of British Columbia may take about 7 to 21 business days to arrive to your home after the item has shipped from our warehouse. White glove and threshold plus delivery service may not be available in all areas within Canada.
(Restricted delivery areas) Additional delivery charges will be applicable for delivery service to remote areas outside of main cities and towns. Delivery time frame for remote areas may be longer than 21 business days once the item has shipped. After the order is placed and confirmed, we will contact the customer via phone or email to advise of the extra delivery charges based on distance to nearest major city/town or shipping terminal.
Customer pickup of your furniture is available at our Surrey, BC distribution centre. Customer pickup hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 10am to 5pm. Once your order is placed and stock is confirmed at our warehouse, we will contact you to arrange a pickup date at our warehouse.
