New residential use furniture is covered by a one year manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty covers manufacturer defects for one year, which MJM Furniture will service on behalf of the manufacturer.
Clearance items, floor models, “as is” products are not covered under the manufacturers one year warranty.
The manufacturer will not warranty the product for commercial use (ie: rental properties, office use, restaurants, hotels)
*For any item picked up from our Surrey, BC warehouse and taken to a residence outside of the Metro Vancouver area, warranty will be covered, but customer will cover the cost of transportation if an item needs to be repaired or exchanged.

Our delivery personnel will inspect for damaged cartons prior to delivery. However, if there happens to be any damage to cartons it must be noted on the proof of delivery slip. Items must be fully inspected once shipment of goods is received. Any damages or defects on item(s) must be reported to email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving delivery. Photos of damaged item(s) are required.
Delivery Service Areas
MJM Furniture offers threshold, threshold plus, and white glove delivery service to most areas of: British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, and Quebec. Please see the restricted delivery area list below for areas we do not deliver to.
In stock items being delivered outside of British Columbia may take about 7 to 21 business days to arrive to your home after the item has shipped from our warehouse. White glove and threshold plus delivery service may not be available in all areas within Canada.
Restricted Delivery Areas
Additional delivery charges will be applicable for delivery service to remote areas outside of main cities and towns. After the order is placed and confirmed, we will contact the customer via phone or email to advise of the extra delivery charges based on distance to nearest major city/town or shipping terminal.

Customer pickup of your furniture is available at our Surrey, BC distribution centre. Customer pickup hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 10am to 5pm. Once your order is placed and stock is confirmed at our warehouse, we will contact you to arrange a pickup date at our warehouse. U.S. Residents Only
Delivery service is currently not available to the United States. US customers may arrange their own shipping carrier to pickup at our warehouse. All delivery fees, customs fees, and duties will owed separately to the shipping carrier. Any damages to the furniture is also the responsibility of the customer and carrier. All items are fully inspected and repacked in good condition at our warehouse before the item is picked up.
